Sales Policies
Customers will receive a confirmation number immediately after booking a trip with Giddy Cruise Transportation, and an order summary will be sent to the email they provide.
Customers must print out their order summary ticket and have it with them in order to board the bus.
Customers have 6 hours to cancel a confirmed trip.
Condition Of Use
The customer's order summary and ticket is only valid for the date and time stated on the ticket.
Customers must present their ticket and a valid photo ID in order to board the bus.
Customers must arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled departure.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Bicycles will not be transported
Children under 2 years of age can board the bus at no charge
Children 2 and up will be charged. Caregivers must provide their own appropriate car seat or booster seat.
Customers may bring 1 suitcase which must be checked in and one carry on bag free of charge. Additional and/ or oversized luggage will be charged an additional fee.
Giddy Cruise Transportation is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Pets are not allowed to board the bus.
